An overview of XX century planning perspectives in Germany and plans for the creation of the centre of Berlin
Prof. Dr. Gutschow [ born 1941 in Hamburg ] completed his education in architecture in 1970, worked as a municipal conservation officer, wrote a couple of books about wartime and post war planning in Germany and Poland, and works since 1971 in Nepal and India.
Prof. Dr. Jorn Duwel [ born 1965 in Rostock, East Germany ] completed his education in history of Arts 1990 in Greifswald. He teaches history of architecture at the University of Applied Science in Hamburg.
