Passive House construction in Seignosse: The project of this house is demanding and pragmatic. Without pretension, the look of the house will have to reflect its uses: the setting for simple pleasures. It is at the same time that of a warm family house, where we will receive families and friends; of a house of weekend and long vacations; of a house where we will remote work; of a minimalist house skilfully disordered; where everyone will be able to be quiet, not far from the general agitation.
The Fabrice and Sabine house project is a demanding and pragmatic project. Unpretentious, the look of the house should reflect its uses: the setting for simple happiness.

In line with the family's lifestyle, the project must be resilient and demonstrate constructive intelligence in order to reduce its carbon footprint and the consumption of natural resources. Whenever it is relevant, the choices will have to be made in such a way as to preserve the environment. The family had the opportunity to walk at length about this house. It shares its specifications, so that candidates feel free to propose, to design, in order to be surprised by their daring without sacrificing the comfort of their daily life.
The project is at the same time that of a warm family home, where we will receive families, friends, children, friends of children; of a weekend and long vacation home; a house where people will telecommute; of a cleverly messy minimalist house; where you can be quiet, not far from the general bustle. The stake lies precisely in the measure, between comfortable but compact spaces, a daring but sober writing, a vast house without pomp, a generous luminosity without environmental sacrifice, a functional house with the charm of the vernacular.
eligibility criteria The competition is open to all French or foreign architects authorized to practice in France. It is recommended that architects not established in France join forces with local partners. Integration into the team of a landscaper, and a specialized design office is recommended.
