The project was designed to have multiple functions to meet the varied demands of daily life. The integration of leisure areas through articulated doors is the main feature responsible for this spatial freedom sought since the conception of the architecture. Another important element is the variety of amenities offered, such as storage boxes and bike racks, consistent with contemporary living.
In the apartments, the kitchen was placed as the main articulator of space, creating a good circulation, and strengthening the exchange between residents. The floor-to-ceiling windows are also a guiding element of the project, allowing plenty of natural lighting, views of the greenery, and an insertion of the neighborhood atmosphere inside the apartment. The use of angled windows, such as the ones on the façade of the common floor next to the street, or the brises on the sides of the balconies, are a careful detail. Acting as visual filters between the inside and the constant movement of the street, the diagonals unveil views to the treetops and to Christ Statue. New angles for new perspectives of living.

In the façade predominates the gray color that mimics the insertion in the urban context, while the inclined planes clad in wood are responsible for highlighting the change of angle, of perspective, and welcome those who arrive. The project complements itself from the façade to the visual communication, with the objective of creating a unique language, articulated and cohesive.
