| the baq/ 2006 invites all design professionals of the americas to participate in this xv biennale, to enable us to strengthen our professional network, generate innovative discourses and regional design proposals, compare our works, and prepare for a better future. [1] participation categories and sub-categories architectural design social housing environmental design interior architecture urban and landscape design interventions in historic sites unbuilt projects theory, history and critique of architectural, landscape and urban design periodical publications specializing in design [2] participation requirements all works whose construction completion date is between january 1, 2002 and august 2006, are located in the continental americas, and are designed by architects from the americas or abroad who belong to the professional bodies of the countries where they exercise their professions, may participate in the pan–american competition.
