highway [a highway moscow - n. novgorod,10 km from moscow ring road [mkad]],
from northern side - by leninski avenue, from the east and the west - by
local passages. the general of a site makes 19,2 hectares. administrative,
cultural - business, trading - entertaining, residential buildings and a
park zone should settle down here. the prospective general area of
building - about 190 000 sq. m, including: an underground part - about 5 000
sq. m; an overground part - about 185 000 sq.m..
