looking for a product designer partner in london

i am an israeli industrial designer working for 10 years from milan and london.
gradually, i am looking to set up my design business by creating designers network in israel and europe. we will be developing and manufacture family of products such light fittings, furniture, kids furniture and play and basically any good ideas that will do it to the market.
the candidate must have knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and some experience working in europe or israel. marketing ‘know how’ is an advantage.
please note that i am not looking to employ and cannot offer a salary, but for an enthusiastic partner who is looking to express and fulfill his/hers ideas on this start up.
