Dear Tzur and other forum members,
I have bought a 4th floor apartment and an attached roof (directly above the apartment and in the area of the apartment). The roof is registered in the TABO.
As part of the contract with the builder it was agreed and signed that the TAKANON will include my right to build on the roof.
So far the TAKANON was not registered with the MINHAL.
1. What could be the reason that there is no TAKANON yet (in effect)?
2. Would I still need the permission of my neighbours for building on the roof, even when I satisfy all council requirements and with the TAKANON registered?
Thanks for all,
Mati
