קבוצת קונסטרוקטורה (צרוף המילים ארכיטקטורה + קונסטרוקציה, במובן ארכיטקטורה קונסטרוקטיבית), היא קבוצה המבוססת על בני משפחה אחת. פעילות הקבוצה מהווה המשך טבעי לפעילותו של משרד מרדכי שלייפר אדריכלים, משרד אשר עסק במגוון רחב של נושאי תכנון והתאפיין בגישתו הטוטלית.

עבודות תחום ריהוט - נבחר כנושא ראשון לפעילות הקבוצה. ראשית הותווה, שנדבך הכרחי ליישום התפיסה הטוטלית הוא ריכוז תחת קורת גג אחת של כל שרשרת תהליכי העשייה - החל בהגיית הרעיון, דרך העיצוב, התכנון ופיתוח המוצר וכלה בהגשמתו הפיסית. כמו כן הותוו העקרונות שישמשו כאבני דרך לפעילות הקבוצה: א) עיצוב ברוח הארכיטקטורה הקונסטרוקטיבית. כמהות וכנאמן למוצהר בשם הקבוצה, כל האלמנטים המרכיבים את הדגם, באם הם ראשיים, משניים, סמויים או גלויים, באם הם מחברים או ברגים, לכל פרט ופרט יש תפקיד ומשמעות קונסטרוקטיבית צרופה במבנה הדגם. ב) יצירת צורות מרחביות על ידי חיבור אלמנטים גיאומטריים בסיסיים תוך הדגשת תכנון השלם כשלם, הפרט כשלם וצירופם המקצבי של הפרטים ליצירת השלם. ג) מתווה דרך הוא המבנה המורפולוגי של רשתות הגיאומטריה המרחבית וכן עקרונות שיווי המשקל וחתך הזהב בפרופורציה הקלאסית. ד) חיפוש האיזון בין צורה וגודל, בין מסה ואווריריות החומר, בין אור וצל, בין צבע וגוון, בין סימטרייה ואסימטרייה. ה) נתוני הנדסת אנוש כנתון פרוגרמתי לתכנון מוצר פונקציונאלי, וכחלק אינטגרלי לשוות גם תחושת נוחות, רוגע, בטחון ושיווי משקל. ו) שימוש בחומרים איכותיים וקלאסיים, תוך חיפוש האיזון בשימוש בהם, יחד עם חיפוש מתמיד אחר חומרים חדשים ואיכותיים. ז) יישום פיסי בשילוב בין ביצוע עבודות אומן מסורתיות, כדי להגיע לרמות ביצוע דקדקני המבוסס על ידע, מיומנות, מסורת ומגע יד שאין לו תחליף, לבין ביצוע עבודות בטכנולוגיות עדכניות כדי להגיע לרמת דיוק מרבית בביצוע.

הדגמים מיוצרים במהדורות מוגבלות וממוספרות, כל עותק ועותק חתום בחותם החברה ובחתימת ידו של מעצב הדגם ומסופק עם תעודה המעידה על מקוריותו.

The Constructura Group (combination of the words architecture + construction, in the sense of constructive architecture) is a group based on the members of one family. The Group's activity is a natural extension of the activity of Mordechai Schleifer architect, in the Schleifer's Architect firm, which has handled a widely varied range of planning work and is characterized by the totality of its approach.

Furniture area was chosen as the first field of the Group's activity. It was posited that an essential element in applying the total outlook is the concentration under one roof of the entire chain of doing, starting from the conceptualization of the idea, through the design, planning and development of the product and up to the physical implementation. Principles were also delineated to serve as milestones in the Group's work: a) Design in the spirit of constructive architecture, as the essence and as a faithful mirror of the Group's stated philosophy, wherein each of the elements and details making up the model - whether main or subsidiary, hidden or visible, joint or screw - has an intrinsically constructive function and significance within the model. b) Creating spatial forms by combining basic geometric elements, with emphasis on the planning of the model as an integral whole, a detail as a whole and the sum total of its individually crafted and rhythmically joined details as a whole. c) Consideration of the morphological structure of the spatial geometry networks as well as the principles of balance and the golden section in classical proportion. d) Striking a balance between form and size, massiveness and airiness, light and shadow, color and hue, symmetry and asymmetry. e) Use of human engineering data as a programmatic factor in planning a functional yet ergonomic product that engenders a feeling of comfort, relaxation, confidence and equilibrium. f) Use of top-quality classic materials in the proper proportions, while maintaining a constant search for new quality materials. g) Physical implementation that combines the knowledge, skills, traditions and handcrafting of traditional craftwork with the high precision of modern technology.

The models are produced in numerated limited editions. Each and every piece in the serie bears the company's seal and the designer's signature. Each piece is supplied together with a certificate of originality.
