בשנת 2001 התבקשנו לתכנן שתי דירות במרתף של בית מגורים קיים. החלל חסר החלונות ששיטחו 85 מ"ר, עניין אותנו כאתר שבו נוכל לטפל בשתי סוגיות, הרלוונטיות בעינינו לארכיטקטורה עכשוית:
- מערכת היחסים בין האדם לטבע.
-הצורך ליצור סביבה עשירה ומספקת בחללים קטני ממדים.
In the year 2001 we were asked to plan two apartments in the basement of an existing suburban house.
We saw this 85 squre meter , windowless space as an interesting site in which we could approach two issues that we see as relevant to contemporary architecture:
-The current relationship between man and nature.
-The necessity to create a rich and satisfying environment in sites of small dimensions.
