HOUSE+ מתוכנן באקלים טרופי ושוכן על רצועת חוף כאשר חזיתו הצפונית פונה את הים. הדגשים בתכנון הבית הם תכנון ירוק (סביבת מחיה בריאה, קשר אל הסביבה הטבעית, ניצול אנרגיה ע"י קירור פאסיבי ושימוש באור טבעי, מחזור מי גשם, מזעור הפגיעה בסביבה.)

התכנית המלבנית של הבית מאפשרת חשיפה מקסימאלית של השוהה אל הים, ונותנת לבריזה לצנן את הבית. חללי השירות של הבית (אחסון, מעלית, שירותים וכו') מאורגנים בפסים צרים מצפון לדרום וחוצצים בין חללי השהייה, ובכך מאפשרים את הקשר המקסימאלי אל הים וממנו (אוויר, מבט, אור).

המעטפת מותאמת לאקלים ולתנאי האתר. בדרום מערכת של אלמנטי הצללה שומרת על פרטיות הדיירים מצד הרחוב, מונעת במקרה הצורך חדירת שמש ישירה אל הבית ומאפשרת לבריזה לעבור בבית. הודות לגובהם היחסי של התריסים אוויר חם מתפנה מן הבית ביתר יעילות (ונטורי). בצפון - מעטפת כפולה של זיגוג ורשת מאפשרים את הקשר החוצה, כאשר בתווך שביניהן נמצאת (מוגנת מהמזיקים הרבים) הווראנדה ההופכת למקום שהייה אידאלי בערבים הקרירים. במזרח ובמערב הבית אטום ומוגן. גג המבנה בנוי בשתי שכבות, השכבה החיצונית מגנה על השכבה הפנימית מפגיעה ישירה של קרני שמש, כאשר במרווח שביניהן הבריזה מצננת את הגג. מי הגשם הרבים באיזור נאספים מהגג לשימוש חוזר, ושיפועו של הגג משמש כפלטפורמה להפקת אנרגיה סולארית. הבית מוגבה מהקרקע על מנת לצננו בחזית נוספת ולמזער את ההתערבות בסביבה. מאותן סיבות ממש תוכננה הבריכה במפלסו השני של הבית על מנת לאפשר שטח עתידי לפיתוח במגרש.

House+ produces a formula that achieves harmony between the house and its environment. The house is designed to fit the local weather and the surrounding. The unique assemblage of spaces revealed in plans and sections, supplies an original interpretation to the intricate program ahead. The triple mantle of the house and the multi use of the veranda are applied to suit the local climate and give strength  to the relation of the house with the outside in general and the sea in particular. The rectangular plan of the house gives free sight views from the inside to the outside, maximizes the views and the breeze towards and coming from the sea and enables penetration of natural light to all spaces . the theme of the opened plan is taken by far ,where there are no walls perpendicular to the sea's breeze and sights, and all of the serving spaces (storage, elevator, bathroom, etc'.) are organized in stripes on the north- south axis and function both as a sealed climatic low thermal mass shields, and as partitions between living spaces. The southern elevation uses louvers to protect the house from the sun heat and control the air flowing outside, and its relative height increases the wind flow by the venturi effect, and the evacuation of hot air through the upper louvers and the prisms of light, located in the ceiling. The swimming pool is located on the roof, turning the house to a compactable system, reduces the impact on the natural environment and frees more of the site for future development. The sloped roof's orientation serves as a good platform for solar technologies.
All of these together are coming in to being in a form of a highly local sensitive and sustainable residence system.
